LLP Deed is a constitutional document of LLP. The mutual rights and duties of partners inter se and those of the LLP and its partners shall be governed by the agreement between partners or between the LLP and the partners.
LLP agreement may be amended by the partners of LLP through the execution of a supplementary deed and further filing of same to the Registrar in form 3. However, change in LLP agreement by virtue of Resignation, retirement or Appointment of partner is required to intimated to the Registrar in Form 4.
