What is Copyright Registration

Copyright is a form of Intangible asset which serves few rights and power to the creators of literature, art, music, sound recordings, cinematographed films and broadcasts. The copyright registration takes place under the Copyright Act. It is the legal right provided exclusively to the person who created it to print, copy, perform, etc. a piece of original work, such as a book, a song or a computer program. The creator may permit other to use his creation on payment of consideration or otherwise, as he thinks fit.
